• In-app Purchase means purchases via Application Stores.
• Service refers to the iCardio Application.
• Subscriptions means recurring access to premium features.
• Terms mean this entire agreement.
• Third-party Services means integrated external services.
• You means the Service user.

2. Acknowledgment

• By accessing the Service you agree to these Terms
• Minimum age requirement: 18 years

3. Subscriptions

• (1) Subscription period

  Auto-renewing billing cycles (daily/weekly/monthly/yearly) until canceled.

• (4) Fee Changes

  Requires billing information. Auto-charges after trial period unless canceled.

4. In-app Purchases

• Non-transferable and non-refundable after download
• Purchase issues must be resolved through Application Stores
• Defective purchases may be replaced at our discretion

5. Intellectual Property

Service content and trademarks are Company property. Unauthorized use prohibited.

6. Links to Other Websites

We are not responsible for third-party content. Review external policies before use.

7. Termination

We may terminate access immediately for Terms violations without notice.
